The core team (Ring 1) decides the objectives, lays out the plan of action and defines the key skills required. The prerequisite information and database is gathered and then the team for the project is formulated from within the organisation and, when required, from our widespread network of associates. (thus Ring 2 and 3 are put in place).

Thereafter, the entire assignment is carried out by the combined team of internal resources, long-term associates and specialists and outside resources under the guidance of Ring 1. Ring 1’s job doesn’t end at giving directions. It takes care of the day-to-day execution till the completion of the project.
